Chris Guzman, CEO & Managing Partner

As a recognized business and community leader, Chris is the Firm's CEO and Managing Partner who drives the mission, vision and strategic direction of the Firm. In 2018, she was invited and inducted into the Forbes Finance Council. She's also a recipient of the 2025 OnCon Icon Award of Top 50 Global Finance & Accounting Professionals.

With over 25 years of experience, she spent the first half of her career with top domestic and regional CPA firms developing expertise in audit, tax and forensic accounting services for publicly- and privately-held businesses. She then spent the second half of her career as Chief Financial Officer leveraging organizational objectives with risk appetite by leading businesses through complex debt and capital restructuring, and cost reduction and efficiency improvements that promote sustainable business growth.  


In 2022, CASEman Global Enterprises was founded and has been offering cutting-edge and innovative solutions leading to lucrative and measurable successes to its clients.


She's played an integral and key role in overseeing mergers and acquisitions by structuring deals strategically, negotiating optimal terms, securing necessary financing, and ensuring smooth post-acquisition integration.  


She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University in Miami, Florida where she also participated and assisted with Myers-Briggs research studies of accounting students. She also completed her graduate studies in Forensic Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, where she was selected to participate in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Virtual Experience training program. 


Separately, Chris is a singer-songwriter, performer and podcast host. As a Miami native, she enjoys all things outdoors and on the water.

As the Firm's Chief Operating Officer, Eddie develops strategies that drive the direction of the Firm’s profitability, growth and sustainability. He also supports and liaises clients with their organizational and operational initiatives to ensure successful transition and continuity after mergers or acquisitions.


Eddie brings more than 25

As the Firm's Chief Operating Officer, Eddie develops strategies that drive the direction of the Firm’s profitability, growth and sustainability. He also supports and liaises clients with their organizational and operational initiatives to ensure successful transition and continuity after mergers or acquisitions.


Eddie brings more than 25 years of diversified operational optimization experience with an exemplary history of building top-producing management teams and driving efficiencies that lead to exponential enterprise value growth. His client-centric focus on “service as a culture” contributes to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions.


As a principal analyst in the managed behavioral healthcare industry, he developed expertise in benefit administration, coordination of care for substance abuse and mental health services, and financial risk transfer to HMOs, PSNs, commercial employers, government agencies, and other entities.


In the public sector, his value-added contributions in organization and workflow management increased value-stream mapping, and improved processes and compliance across functional units to promote the mission and vision of sector initiatives.


Eddie is Six Sigma Certified and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Science Management at the University of Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Barry University in Miami, Florida. His hobbies include playing guitar, songwriting and motorcycles.

Rick is the Firm’s Chief Business Development Officer, driving sustainable growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion and high-impact deal-making. 


A U.S. Navy veteran, Rick is also a former CIA operations officer and seasoned intelligence expert with over two decades of experience leading complex covert operations around the

A U.S. Navy veteran, Rick is also a former CIA operations officer and seasoned intelligence expert with over two decades of experience leading complex covert operations around the world. In addition to CASEman’s role, he also leads strategic risk and intelligence initiatives for corporate clients, investors, and foreign governments navigating geopolitical challenges in Latin America and beyond.


His background spans counterterrorism, great-power competition, and foreign influence operations, with a deep focus on U.S. national security. A Cuban-American whose family fled communism, Rick brings a personal perspective to the global fight against authoritarian regimes and defense of American values. He previously served as business development director at GDIT and remains a prominent voice on foreign policy, security, and intelligence matters in the media and national forums. 


Rick earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and enjoys farming in his spare time.

His key contributions combine strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise to effectively navigate today’s rapidly evolving risk landscape. 


At the intersection of technology, governance, and enterprise risk, Gus is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience designing scalable risk frameworks for Fortune 500 companies. In leadership roles, he's successfully navigated complex compliance landscapes—including SOX, NERC, CIP, and GLBA—across the manufacturing, telecommunications, and utility sectors. He's led enterprise initiatives to mitigate risks in IT, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, emerging technologies, third-party ecosystems, and digital transformation. 


Gus holds several certifications in his field and is a graduate of Barry University. In his free time, Gus enjoys sailing and volunteering, with a passion and commitment to personal growth and community engagement.

Drawing on a unique foundation as an educator, Amanda brings a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and lead—making her approach both strategic and human-centered.


Amanda's spent several years in public and private education, where she honed skills in instructional and curriculum development, facilitation, and fostering individual potential—skills that remain at the core of her leadership philosophy today. That experience shaped a commitment to clarity, empathy, and continuous development that now drives results across complex business environments.


As Director of Training and Development, Amanda designs and delivers training programs that support emerging, established teams, and post-merger/acquisition teams, focusing on areas such as communication, emotional intelligence, change leadership, and team dynamics. She partners closely with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business priorities and drives a lasting impact.


Amanda earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Florida, is a certified educator in the state of Florida, has completed business and HR-related studies, and is certified in corporate coaching and leadership assessments. Passionate about learning at every level, she believes that great leaders are made through intentional growth, reflection, and the willingness to invest in others.
